David's presentation fees are based on the size and composition of the group to whom he is speaking.

1. Conference Presentations:

A keynote address (up to 120 minutes) with the option of an additional 90 minute breakout session.
$4,500.00 plus travel from Victoria, accommodation, meals and HST.

2. Professional Development and Parent/Teacher Presentations:

One 90 minute session. There are no other costs except HST.
$1,200 for ONE school plus HST.
$150 per additional school (same time and location) plus HST. .
Where the total fee is $2,500 or higher, an additional 90 minutes session is available at no addition cost.
All expenses are included in the fee.

3. Student Presentations:

One 90 minute session or one 60 minute session and one 30 minute session (dependent on age span of
students). There are no other costs except HST.
$1,000 for groups of up to 200 plus HST..
$1,000 plus $5/student for groups of 200+ (to a maximum of $1,600 ) plus HST.
All expenses are included in the fee.

4. Student Video Presentations:

One 60 minute session There are no other costs except HST.
$500 for groups of up to 200 plus HST..
$500 plus $2.50/student for groups of 200+ (to a maximum of $750) plus HST.
